Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Our goal is to provide the best possible customer satisfaction.
We will make every effort to package and ship your purchase by the next few business days after the order is placed, however we do not guarantee delivery dates. We ship via United States Postal Service and once your purchase is fulfilled you will receive an email with tracking information.
Once we ship your purchase, Jungle Style is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package shows delivered in the tracking information but you have not yet received the package, please reach out to your local Post Office or the USPS hotline at 800-275-8777.
While we do ship to nearly every country, please note shipping times will take significantly longer for international deliveries.
Jungle Style is not responsible for any additional duties and taxes that you may incur during shipping. These are charges from your country and not Jungle Style.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Email us if you have questions - firstname.lastname@example.org
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition and item bag that you received it.
REASONS FOR RETURNS:
A change in size
With the Covid-19 pandemic situation, until further notice, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. Please use the product's attached size charts for correct measurments.
You received the wrong item
Please send a photo of the incorrect item to email@example.com and we will follow it up for you.
You received a damaged / faulty item
Quality is our top priority, If you receive damaged or faulty gear you do not need to return it. The only thing we ask is to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and a photo of the faulty or damaged gear. If the damage or fault is clear, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.
Whilst all care is taken when hand making your product, there may be a slight variation to the pattern placement depending on the size you have ordered. Returns are not accepted for minor variations in the placement of the patterns or alignment of the pattern at the seams.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF:
You do not use the email@example.com email to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.
A 'change of mind' because we print on demand & do not hold stock.
Please choose carefully as returns are not accepted for exchange of design or refund.
The item(s) have been worn or washed
The item(s) have been altered in any way
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition unless the condition is our fault.
The item(s) are part of a replacement order from a previous exchange
The item(s) were a Final Sale item
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
YOU MUST CONTACT US REGARDING ANY RETURNS
To complete your return, please include a note with your information, order number or copy of receipt.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, including custom printed clothing and gift cards.
Refunds: Once your return is received a refund will be processed and applied to your credit card/original method of payment. Please allow 14 days for your credit to appear.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): Please follow these steps (1) Check your bank account, (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted). (2) Contact your credit card company, (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted). (3) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Clearance items: Unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
Discount codes cannot be added after an order is placed.
Exchanges: With the Covid-19 pandemic situation, until further notice, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. Please use the product's attached size charts for correct measurments.
Shipping your Return/Exchange:
Jungle Style is not responsible for packages that were lost or stolen.
To return your product, please send us an email for the return address, that address will be sent back via email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend you keep track of your tracking number, and consider shipping insurance as packages do get lost along the way.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
